ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I hereby authorize LDTutus Photography/ LDTutus to publish photographs taken of me, and my name, and likeness, for use in LDTutus‘s print, online, website, social media and video-based marketing materials, as well as other publications. I also authorize LDTutus to share any photographs with third party companies they partner with for accessories, extras and more so they may use in any print, online, website, social media and video-based marketing materials, as well as other publications.

I hereby release and hold harmless LDTutus Photography/ LDTutus from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality for myself and/or any minor child and/or children listed below associated with the images specified above.

I further acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that neither I and/or the minor child or children will receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of these photographs or participation in LDTutus marketing materials or other publications.

I acknowledge and agree that publication of said photos confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever. I hereby release LDTutus Photography/ LDTutus , its contractors, its employees, and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of marketing materials, from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation and/or the minor children listed below.

This release and acknowledgement with remain effective until either both parties mutually dissolve set agreement or the LDTutus business dissolves.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING COPYRIGHT

It is illegal to copy or reproduce the Clients photographs elsewhere without LDTutus’s permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.
