To book a spot in the event, a first months deposit is required. Model may signup for the payment plan. Monthly payments will be due by the 7th of the month. All model payments must be completed by May 7th, 2025.

Payments are accepted via Venmo @GetStyledLDTutus .

 

Please advise, deposits are non-refundable and we do not accept cancelations. Shoot items are ordered as a group.

All models are accepted of ALL AGES.

Further, I attest that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child or children listed below and that I have full authority to consent and authorize LDTutus Photography/ LDTutus to use their likenesses and names.
